Alvin York, one of the greatest heroes of the Great War, understood and practiced true manliness. Whether he was attacking a German battalion, hunting with his favorite dog, or battling the IRS, Sergeant York did everything with gusto and enthusiasm.
Through his writings, Alvin York has left us with many manly quotations that can encourage and inspire. To help spread these important words I have designed these motivational posters.
Note: Because Alvin was never educated past the third grade, much of his grammar and spelling is incorrect. To preserve his style intact, however, I have left his words as he originally wrote them.
